An incident has occurred where the victim had stopped on the pedestrian crossing due to traffic congestion.  The lights have changed to red and a lady, along with young child on scooter and baby in pram started to cross.  As lady was crossing, she has stopped in front of the informant's car and been verbally abusive - which was religiously aggravated.  There were a lot of cars in the area at the time and police are appealing for witnesses and/or any dash came footage.
